Yin & Nidra
Yin yoga focuses on the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This is achieved using a series of long-held, passive floor asanas that work the lower part of the body. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Yin is a more meditative approach to yoga, allowing students to go deeper into their practice and cultivate a greater sense of awareness and mindfulness.
The class is suitable for all levels of practitioners, from beginners to advanced, and modifications are provided to accommodate different levels of ability
