Hot Vinyasa (60 min.)

Hot Vinyasa is a dynamic and challenging class that offers students the perfect balance of cardio and yoga therapy. This class emphasizes the power of breath control and mindfulness, allowing students to experience the physical and mental benefits of the practice.

The class starts with sun salutations based warm up the body and prepare it for the more challenging postures that come later. Throughout the class, students learn to flow from one posture to the next in conjunction with the breath, which helps to deepen the mind-body connection and promote relaxation.

In addition to sun salutations, students are taught a variety of postures, sequences, wraps/binds, and inversions, which help to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The heat and intensity of the class promote sweating, which can help detoxify the body and increase flexibility.

As the class progresses, the pace slows down, and students are guided into a series of therapeutic asanas that allow them to relax and release any tension in their bodies. This portion of the class is where the principles of Just Breathe Yoga are emphasized, encouraging students to focus on their breath and cultivate a deeper sense of inner peace and stillness.
