I teach Barre Fitness at JBY. Barre is a ballet inspired workout which incorporates similar styles of yoga and Pilates. Barre is the ultimate all-in-one workout, working on strength, balance and flexibility each class. I highly recommend incorporating Barre into your routine because each class is different. Whether you are looking to lose weight, maintain your physical fitness, get back into a routine, you have past injuries, etc. Barre is the perfect workout because it is low impact but it really gets your heart rate up, plus its so much fun! What Inspires you off the mat

I am inspired by nature, outdoors, farming, movement.. reading.. cooking.. animals/training service dogs.. helping others, spreading plant based love
