Find freedom in your body through mobility. This workshop combines strength and flexibility training to improve your mobility and increase your range of motion. Strength and flexibility should go hand in hand – an imbalance in either area could limit strength gains and lead to injuries down the line. When you fuse the two practices together, you’ll create a more balanced, synergistic yoga regimen. You will practice a series of targeted movements and modifications focused on releasing fascial adhesions in your body. Prepare to release tension, create space, and liberate your movement.
