Mindful Movement & Meditation

Take time to surrender and replenish in this Yin Yoga class. Designed to be healing for the body and mind, floor postures will be held 3-5 minutes, lengthening the connective tissue around the joints and opening the energy channels of the body. This quiet practice is available to all levels and will close with a guided meditation and savasana.
