Journey into Flight
Moving the body is a gentle art. As we move to find depth and strength we can also find levity. Using the tools of muscle activation, a mindful flow too warm the joints, and finally taking you to the edge to balance so you can lift the body into the arm balancing practice. Focusing on the most prominent arm balancing asanas, breaking them down and building the foundation to take you off the ground, trusting the journey.
